• Is your service confidential?

All necessary measures are put in place to ensure that any information shared with us is confidential and secure. Most notably, the personal information that you provide when you place an order with us is used exclusively to notify you about essential things about the service. After that, we do not store the data anymore.

Also, please note that we only contact our clients using the phone numbers provided on our website. Therefore, anyone contacting you using a different phone number and claiming to be our company is a fraudster.

• Is there a possibility of receiving a plagiarized order?

We cross-check all our papers for plagiarism before delivery through our inhouse plagiarism software to ensure their authenticity. We also encourage our customers to recheck the work using the WriteCheck service from turnitin.com and send us a report for the same if they want to confirm the authenticity of their papers.

• When will my order be assigned to the writer?

The search for a writer begins immediately after your order is processed. Typically, it takes about an hour to assign you a writer. In exceptional cases, it may take us hours and even some days before getting you a writer. We provide a unique feature on the order page to help you monitor the status of the order.

• Can I communicate with my writer?

You can communicate with the writer during the progress of the order through the special messenger found on your account page. In case you are offline, you will receive email alerts when you get a new message in your account to ensure you remain updated all the time.

• What if I forgot my account’s password?

You can still get to your personal page after forgetting your password by following these steps. First, enter your email and click on “forgot password”. Enter a new password in a pop-up window, and you will receive a reactivating email. Click on the link in the email and enter your new password, which you will use to access your personal page.

• I am not satisfied with my order. What do I do?

If your order does not meet your expectations, you can apply for a free revision within seven days after it is delivered. After the lapse of the seven days, you can also apply for a paid revision option to have changes done.

In scenarios where you feel that the revision didn’t yield positive results, you can apply for a refund, and our dispute department will process your request and find out the kind of refund you will be given.

• How will I receive my completed paper?

We send the completed order in a non-editable PDF format to allow you to check and inform us if changes are needed. • Why were my order and payment rejected?
